The Public Services department in Ras Al Khaimah completed a training course titled "Professional Etiquette and the international Protocol ". Held in the 2nd Hall of December at the headquarters of the Department for two days, from 28 to 29 October 2018, where the number of attendees reached 20 employees in their different departments. The purpose of the course is to publicize the basic principles of protocol etiquette, ceremonies, protocols, etiquette and training to deal with different situations that require familiarity with the rules of courtesies and ceremonies in multicultural societies, and how to deal with VIPs.
