Ras Al Khaimah adorns 2,100 light formations in celebration of Eid Al Adha

Public Services Department in Ras Al Khaimah has completed decorating the main and secondary streets, bridges and roundabouts, in celebration of Eid Al-Adha, with thousands of lights and engineering designs that bless the residents and guests of the emirate. The department explained that the illuminated paintings carried phrases that reflect the Emirati originality and the values of coexistence, to share with everyone the joy and beautiful atmosphere of Eid that characterizes Ras Al Khaimah, by installing hundreds of models and light formations extending over more than 20 kilometers, with an energy-saving system. The geometric shapes and paintings included about 2,100 geometric formations on the lighting poles, with geometric shapes installed on iron supports suspended between the columns, 60 3D models, in addition to flash luminaires, where the lighting is characterized by the basic colors (white, gold, yellow, sky blue), to form harmonious light paintings that embody the spirituality of Eid, and what is represented by members of society. Her designs were inspired by the meanings of Arab art and expressions of congratulations on the arrival of Eid, such as Eid Mubarak, May you celebrate it again and again, and Eid Adha Mubarak in a variety of colors to add more joy and beauty to the city's squares in order to share happiness and feelings of joy on Eid Al-Adha with members of the community. The department stressed the observance of security and safety measures during the installation of decoration works, the use of recycled materials, the energy-saving lighting system, and electrical connections of high-quality materials resistant to weather factors, in order to ensure the safety of the public and property, and to emphasize safety factors, and the ability to withstand all climatic factors, including decorative lamps and light formations.
