The Public Services Department in Ras Al Khaimah completed 1028 "remote" transactions last May as part of its concern for the health and safety of its customers and employees. Eng. Ahmed Al Hammadi, Director General of the Department, pointed out that the Department has a sophisticated technical structure that has enhanced its readiness by developing and diversifying its channels in the service of the public and the optimal use of modern technologies in order to achieve business continuity and facilitate access to the services it provides.
