The Public Services Department in Ras Al Khaimah today started receiving the patients at the customers Happiness Center from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. with strict precautionary and preventive measures in accordance with a set of controls to maintain the health and safety of employees and customers.
H.E. Eng. Ahmed Mohammed Al Hammadi, Director General of the Public Services Department, said that the return is carried out in accordance with the precautionary measures of maintaining social spacing by leaving two meters away from others and adhering to the signs for customers and wearing muzzles and gloves and measuring the temperature.
He confirmed that 12 of the services provided by the Department will be carried out through the smart application "Mrak", where it does not include payment of fees and can provide 34 services to customers through the platforms in the customers Happiness Center where the fees are paid.
He noted that the Service carried out 8,761 remote transactions during the first half of 2020.
