Ras Al Khaimah Public Services Department has enhanced its automated fleet by introducing unique equipment for cleaning beaches and sand screening with the aim of improving the quality of public hygiene activities in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah.
The coastal strip in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah is one of the most important tourist and economic components in the emirate.
The Department confirmed that the new equipment was supplied according to the latest international standards, and in line with the comprehensive development plan adopted by the Public Services Department, and in a way that achieves the aspirations of the community and contributes to achieving sustainable development on the beaches of the emirate.
The modern sand scraper is characterized by the ability to clean the sand and remove all types of waste stuck to it with great accuracy and speed such as (gravel, broken glass residues, and cigarette butts), which contributes to reducing the number of injuries and accidents, which contributes to increasing productivity and reducing dependence on the use of the human element.
